When we introduce new products, we also make careful, long term plans for withdrawing existing products. This is done in several stages. We normally guarantee to hold stocks of spare parts and will perform repairs for a period of about 6 years following cessation of production. Calibration of the product will continue to be possible even after this 6 year period. Your local Sales Partner will be happy to assist you if you have any questions.

Repairs/Returning Equipment

All our instruments are designed for many years of use. If, despite this, repairs are needed, they will be carried out in our factory.
